Worst insurance company Ever

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. No feedback or correspondence of any sort. I have to call them for feed back with the same excuses everyday. This is now 3 weeks since my claim was submitted for a collapsed wall and they just don't give any urgency to this matter. You can't speak to the team leaders as they are hiding from the customers, maybe due to there incompetence. I would not refer this company to any body. As long as you pay you are OK, but when you need them for a claim you are no longer important. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
