Bettersure - don't even deserve a star. 1. The communications with your clients is absolutely shocking to say the least 2. so quickly to get out of insurance claims and turn the whole situations around 3. just as ******* as the rest of South Africa 4 happy to take payment every single month but the moment you need them you can only reach them by an SMS *** is this?? Get to the program Bettersure. 5. only after I wrote a review on google and whoa in 5min i get a Email from you guys. 6. Tell me to go and read a document and on Page 75/76 of 84 what pages and I did not sign or even have the document !!! 7. Refuse to payout of for a claim that is clearly claimable and part of a building structure. YOU GUYS ARE AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE AND SHOULD TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR YOUR POOR WORKMANSHIP.
