WORST INSURANCE!!

Reported a leaking roof on the 6th March 2024 and to day the leak is not fixed. It's been a month. Been calling every 3rd day and still no update. The leak is getting worse every time it rains. Now my ceiling is turning yellow and window frosting is also affected.

Tired of calling, if not sorted by the 10th April, I have to hire someone and cancel the policy.
