Worst Experience

These brokers are the worst, they are quick to sell you a policy and yet fail to send any policy documents unless you call and enquirer. *****gwa was the sales agent i spoke to in September, today when i call to find out where are my policy documents the lady confirmed email address and informed me it was incorrect however i was told that i will recieve a hard copy via post till today i havent. upon reading my schedule that was only send today i find out that the cover had started and that a debit will go off my account on the 30th of November. Firstly i told the sales agent to make the debit order the 22nd of each month. i called again and the agent that i spoke too was very rude and transferred to other agent that informed me they will send a request to cancellation to call me back. i insisted on waiting, i was finally put through the cancellation , spoke to the agent and what upset me the most is that im now forced to keep the policy because she told me she will speak to admin department for them to stop the debit however this can only be done if i do not cancel the account. i also asked who will be responsible for the bank charges because i already know that i do not have funds in my accounts she tell me i do not know. What kind of a broker company is this ???? i am very upset and wouldnt recommend betterlife brokers to anyone.
