Worst Customer Experience

I have a sewer/storm water blockage in the yard and with the constant rain in the past days, this does help. I am told the claim is going to take 4 to 6 days to validate. meaning I have to sit with this water the whole week? Your agents kept me waiting for more than 10 mins and still not feedback.
