worst con ever!

<p>I recently purchased a home and was offered insurance by better life. It sounded amazing and very cheap compared to the others. There was a problem with the policy that the bank wanted changed and the *********** call center staff at better life were unable to assist me with. I decided to cancel my policy with them and go elsewhere (where the bank was happy with the new policy). I called better life insurance and tried to cancel my policy only to be told that someone would call me back to "assist me with cancellation". I'm still waiting! I then sent an email to the address provided on their site and still NOTHING! Tonight I was debited for this same policy I've been trying to cancel since August this year! I would certainly not recommend anyone "join their family" as they put it! The money they took from me was the last straw! </p>
