Worst company ever.

WORST COMAPNY EVER!!!!!!!!! Its been almost a month and a half. Still struggling to get feedback regarding my claim. No one contacts you. I will never recommend them. Still waiting for a letter for ombuds. They ignore me flat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I will carry on to hand them over. Do not ever ever use them!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cant wait for this response. We are sorry to hear that. An agent will contact you. Same as my previous complaint and still 3 weeks later no one did.
