Worst Company ever!!!

If I could I would rate this company as a negative. They have the worst customer service and turn around time. I am still waiting for a rejection letter 14 days now. Called them yesterday and they said that it will take another 7 days just to get a rejection letter. They are not even going to fix the issue. Followed up on numerous occasion only to be ignored. Calling their customer line and having their agent just drop the phone on me as I wanted to speak to a manager. On top of that they say to email their customer care line for a call back and I have emailed them 20 times and even gone to their website to request a call back and still nothing!!!!! Worst Company ever!!!
