Worst claims service

This company is the worst, i registered a hail damage claim with them on 15 Nov, today is the 8th, they are still validating the claim. No communication from them whatsover, I have to call in everytime to find out what's happening with my claim, and the update is the same everytime i call. I'm so frustrated. Bettersure do better! So disappointing
