Worse service of ANY service provider in the country.

LIES LIES LIES! Its a further 3 months on from a previous complaint here on hello peter where they gave an eloquent "response" from Bettersure, and my issue is still not resolved. I've followed up, send another 10-15 emails to a variety of emails they give. Even the complaints department "customerserviceexcellence" they call it. Called, spoken with supervisors, promised call backs. And NOTHING!!!! I am saying this very calmly, but seriously, this is BY FAR the worst service that I have ever experienced from any service provider in this country, not even just insurance companies. Run to the hills, and avoid it. I don't understand how they cannot complete simple process like I am asking for!?! It was a simple claim for a minor roof leak... Its been 5 months and a crazy amount of follow up my me and they just cannot manage to follow through on any of their commitments. Just respond, just do what you say you are going to do!!!
