Worse service ever!!!

Wow let me start by saying what a huge disappointment. Claimed for a gate motor and some damaged to wall caused by bad weather. They sent service contracters to inspect and report the one was very good the other very disappointing claiming he never received a job card only arrived 3 days later. Secondly its been a month now my gate is still in the same state and now posing a security risk. I have called to follow up nobody gets back to me, I have sent numerous emails still no response. The level of service is absolutely disgusting for a company that wants to position itself as world class. I am totally disappointed in myself for choosing a useless insurance product like bettersure. Please stay away, waste of time and money.
