Who gives you the right to just take my money?
I was Told that Betterlife is taking out a home insurance policy On my behalf, without my consent at any point. I told them I already have a home insurance policy with OUTSURANCE, they have to cancel this policy, as I have not requested it AT ALL.
But NO, they just chose to ignore me and deduct money from my account anyway. What kind of professional company operates like this?

10 Dec 2018, 08:47The Issue has been resolved. I was a bit upset when I realized I was wrongfully debited, but the issue was sorted out quick and I was promised a refund.
