WhatsApp communication is the worst!
When you want to file a claim, the refer you to their WhatsApp line and claim that it's going to be a fast response. How is it that they take an hour each tim to respond to a question I asked. And you don't need to be an experienced agent to be able to to reply to my simple questions. They don't even apologise for taking long.
If they take this long to respond to a simple WhatsApp message about a claim, then I fear their turn around time to fix my issue

Thank you for sharing your experience so openly. We apologise for your frustration—especially when you're relying on WhatsApp for quick support during a claims process that's not meeting your expectations.

We agree that even simple queries deserve prompt attention and a courteous response. You shouldn’t have to wait an hour for basic information, and we’re disappointed that no apology was offered for the delay.
We’re escalating this concern with our claims team and will ensure you get feedback on your claim today.

Thank you for your patience and for engaging with our claims consultant regarding your claim.
We’ve reviewed your policy details and can confirm that your current cover only includes home contents, which means that structural elements, such as walls, pipes, and built-in cupboards, fall outside the scope of this policy.

Since the damage you’re experiencing stems from a leaking pipe affecting the wall and cupboard, this would typically fall under building cover, which is not included in your policy. In this case, the appropriate route would be to submit the claim through your body corporate, as they generally hold the building insurance for sectional title properties.
Warm regards,
