Very very poor service.
Totally rediculous and poor unexceptiple service... Waiting 21 days for a claim payout. The excuse is that "matter is at finance", "waiting upon finance". Would not recommend Bettersure to anyone... Quick to take you monthly installments but the opposite to payout claims... I'm still waiting for my claim to be resolved 21 day and counting. Let's see how long I will wait for my money.
