Very Dissapointed!!!!!

The Contractor that was appointed to complete my claim was not competent to complete the job and workmanship was messy and unprofessional and after the 3rd attempt of doing the job correctly they promised to return to fix and complete the job which never happened. Instead, a message was received from Bettersure that the job was completed without contacting me (THE CLIENT) to check if I am satisfied with the claim. After complaining to Bettersure they promised to get back to me and a week later I am still waiting for someone to make contact.
