Very Bad service from better sure.

Better life insurance is a mess, I took a building policy with them in 2019 Nov through absa home loan, I have called them in Dec 2019 and told them to cancel that policy with absa I have been approved by Nedbank for the same structure. They said it was done. I have been calling them since last week asking them for documents for my bond policy with them so that I can send to Nedbank. They have been sending incorrect policy. This morning spoke to Jerome he said he can see they messed up my policy it will be canceled immediately and get a sales agent to call me to load new policy and will be refunded for the amount they debited that hasn't happened. I called again they said a manager Sherick will call me still waiting. Their service is very bad
