Very bad experience from Bettersure insurance

This is the worst company to deal with, first all they are under written by old mutual which on its own is the worst. I put a claim for my oven which switches on and off by itself. They sent Lota Nash to my house of which after assessment he said the PC board is the problem then boom they decided to send a different assessor who said it's the elements and after asking the assessor why he is saying it's the elements because the oven switches on and off by itself he couldn't answer, mind you he only spent a maximum of 3mins in my house. Digging around l found they use a company called Sizakele waterproofing and maintenance to decline claims, that's the second company they sent to my house. Now l am being sent from pillar to post.

Please stay away from bettersure insurance, cheap isn't always the best
