Useless insurance products

Be vary wary of buying policies from this company.

I was sold a policy over the phone 2015. 2020 I'm trying to claim on this policy. The only response is. We need this mandatory info and documentation completed. We will get back to you within 48 hours... 63 days later and a very strongly worded email and still no response.

All BetterBond Group of companies is doing is taking client money, and then seek excuses not to facilitate a pay out...
