Useless insurance
If there was a zero rating I would give them. My geyser was not working the electricity part of it. Instead of fixing it, they send an *********** service provider that caused more damage. Now everything is leaking and electricity keeps tripping. Instead of seeing it as an urgent matter,they telling me about their service provider being busy somewhere. I would never recommend them to anyone with ****ty service as if I am not paying.
