Useless insurance

Bettersure deliver very bad service. My house was broken into. The assessor came to check the damage where they entered my house. Sylvia emailed me after I asked for an update, she said that the damage is minimal since I already purchased a lock and a security gate. I never purchased a security gate. They will say anything not to pay. What about all the stuff that was taken from my house?They just show you the finger and want to deducted your money every month. I emailed her back saying I never purchased a security gate. Since the 4july 2024 I didn't receive any answer back. I'm sitting with big losses and it's stressful
