Useless company

On the 4th of January my car was ****** from my home, unfortunately it had my staff inside and the kids uniform as I just got back from home in mafikeng for December holidays. Put in a claim for portable unspecified item, they declined my claim without even considering or asking me for proof . Total I called Debbie who asked Sfiso to call me and tell me the claim has been declined, what bull**** is this? I asked why is it declined the guy said I never sent proof that I own what ever was in my car, like what the hell.no one ever asked me to send anything it's the first time I'm talking to a consultant and you just say it's been be declined. I hate this company 😒 really don't know why I'm still with them.I feel this Debbie was discussing me with her team as I told her on email that I will write to hello Peter.
