Useless and Pathetic 4Sure

Pathetic service from the claim administrator 4Sure, waiting for more than two weeks for a claim to be sorted. Agents all give you a different story, they are ***********.

Every time i speak or communicate with one of the consultants its a different story. They don't know how to do their f***ing jobs. Sifiso, Nompumelelo, Naledi, Shaunie.. No joy from them.

This morning I was on a call with them for 30 minutes. Have called them more than 10 times since 19 April. My money and time is being wasted for their incompetence. Naledi told me this morning that their was no claim registered and she has to register a new claim for the Geyser however the electrician called me just before that. In frustration i asked to speak to a manager Sifiso Tholo.

He is also useless, promised to call me back and nothing as yet.
