USELESS!!!

Never have I reviewed any business, but the service, or should I say the lack thereof, of this company is appalling! One cannot complain about their service, as there is no such thing. They should change their name to WorstSure. They are super efficient when it comes to monthly debit orders, but when it comes to replying to phone calls or emails, forget it - nonexistent! We have been sitting with an underground water leak for 3 weeks. My partner has spent over 80 min on the phone trying to get a service out of this company, but nothing. There should be an option to deduct stars here. Disgusting!
