No 1 contacted me, i called in on Monday and Tuesday to ask to be transferred to a Team but the agent by the name of Yvonne said the team lead is on a call he will call me when he is done, i never received a call. On Tuesday i called in again and the other agent said the same thing again till today no 1 called.

How do we trust that you will pay up when something tragic happens and you must pay more than 500k?
