I would like to say that Bettersure is absolutely pathetic when it comes to claims and receiving your rejection letter. I made a claim in July 2022, it was rejected. I was told I will receive the rejection letter of which I’m still waiting 8 months later!!! Everytime I call I get told they will escalate it but nothing gets done!!! They are the worst service providers ever. I would not recommend them to anyone wanting to take on home insurance or any insurance with them!!!!
