Unprofessional conduct.

I was with them for about 2 years. I decided to then go with Outsurance. I cancelled and got a confirm letter saying it was terminated. They carried on taking money off - it was refunded and i got another termination letter. The very next money - more money taken. I complain and because they are so unprofessional - they required MY financial statements to prove they did wrong... really ??? I will NEVER use this comapny again due to its total unprofessionality. Its a disgrace.
