I have 2 claims last year 1 blown geyser and ****** geyser cable ,, on the 26/08/21 I got an email saying my building insurance was cancelled from the 26/08/2021 because I claimed too much no cancellation notice was given and guess what they debited after they cancelled it..

When is the turnaround time for the investigation ? because my policy is still cancelled and as we know it is the requirement for the bond, and I still have not received my money back so I can be able to pay another insurance.
