Unhappy with you service

I stay with my elderly parents and took out Building insurance cover on the house. I specifically told the gentleman the house is in my fathers name. When I received the policy I noted the policy lists me as the registered owner. I have tried contacting Bettersure but no seems interested in getting back to me....is the policy still void????
