Unauthorized Debit
BetterSure is a **** they will debit your account without your consent and then refuse to refund your money. A few weeks before my bond went through i got a call from BetterSure for home insurance on the phone we agreed I would get back to them on email regarding accepting or rejecting, a few days later I sent an email stating i have decided to not use any of their services.
Fast Forward a few weeks later and i get a unauthorized debit order for this policy. Now after explaining myself to their call center and getting the policy cancelled which i did not accept, they wont refund me in full. I have proof emails long before the insurance kicked in that i declined their offers and now they come with stories so they don't have to refund. Please stay far far away from these ********* who operate in broad daylight.
