Unable to provide the correct cover.
Be very careful when dealing with this insurer, they aren't able to provide you with the correct cover. You're either forced to overinsure yourself for 'death cover' or under insure yourself for 'retrenchment cover'. Their quotes show the Death cover, disability cover & Retrenchment cover on 3 different lines with different premiums but their system does not allow them to adjust the cover amounts so that you get the correct cover.
