Unable to cancel policy

<p>I've been trying to cancel my policy but no response from Better Life as I got insurance from another company. I have even tried to send a cancellation request to the person who initially sent me all the insurance documentation, no response received back. When initially amending the policy I received feedback within 48 hours as noted in the automation e-mail, but when trying to cancel no feedback.</p>
