Total ignorance to my roof leak claim
Terrible customer service. I put in a claim more than a month ago and im still awaiting feedback. Not one person has called me back i had to call them. Still nothing with regards fixing my water leaks in roof. No contact from them at all. Just take my debit order each month and ignore me completely at claims stage. Do not reccomend these people at all
