Monday I called spoke to different consultants who did not help me at all, Tuesday I spoke to 6 different consultant who did not even help me at all, today on the 12th February I called in the morning and I spoke to a gentleman by the name Teboho Tsotsotso and he was listening attentively, well spoken and very well mannered, I told him what I really want and he was so helpful . He didn’t mind when I asked him to hold the line so that I can get the email that I wanted, he made sure I do receive the documents that I wanted, he followed up and called me checking if there’s anything I needed.
