Think twice before using BetterSure for Building Insurance
I was unfortunate to have a burst geyser on 14 December 2014, after my first HelloPeter complaint, I managed to get permission to have the Geyser Replaced. The contractor have done a very bad job with the ceilings and never came back to complete the task. Bettersure is aware, but have not bothered to contact me regarding this issue.
