Thieving *******s!

It seems its the norm for this useless company to decline any and all claims regarding peoples roofs that have been damaged by mother nature! Our roof was badly damaged by a major storm we had over a month ago, we put a claim in and only yesterday did we get notified that they have declined the claim for some bullsh*t reason! We will be taking this further as I feel and I am sure many more will agree, that it is disgusting that you have to pay monthly only for them to just take your money and not use it for when you need to claim! What is the actual purpose of having flipping insurance!
