*****s of note!
I was fortunate enough to qualify for a home loan and with so doing I purchased myself a home. Betterlife got my contact details and contact me to do a bond insurance on my newly bought house. So the process went on with all the registering and the deal was eventually completed with the house transferred to my name. I noticed that I was making monthly debit orders to betterlife which I could not recall giving permission to have this policy activate (but in all fairness I could have accepted as this was a busy time of year for me). After noticing these debit orders of over R500 per month I contacted Paul Bellinge at Betterlife to assist me in getting this cancelled. A few weeks went by while I was still making monthly payments but did not want the policy. Eventually I got the policy cancelled but the debit orders remained every month. After numerous emails requesting for this to be cancelled as well and all the money after the cancellation refunded (which he initially agreed should happen) nothing has been done. We are now at the point where every email I send I get a read receipt for but no response. Betterlife!!!! I am taking this to court now!!! Maybe that will wake you up!
