They don’t even deserve a single star

What a horrible service provider! They call themselves Bettersure but honestly, you’re better off without them! I have lodged a claim for my property roof which was blown away by the storm on Sunday last week and no one has showed up to date! They don’t even care. At first, they allocated a service provider based in Capetown while I’m in KZN. I made several calls to get that rectified. I spoke to 3 different people just to rectify that: Nompumelelo, Kgomotso and Thembekile. When the “right” service provider was finally appointed, he asked for my live location promising to make his way to my property yesterday morning. He never showed up, he phoned me later in the evening, yesterday (31/08/2021) asking for my address AGAIN! Luckily it’s not a big claim, I don’t need any further action from them as I am looking for a different insurer. This is just a warning to anyone who may be still insured by them. If you think your claims will be processed, think again!
