3 Month waiting period on Claims? (Hows that possible?)

After the third month still no payment made towards my bond.

I am about to loose my home because Betterlife is not paying out my retrenchment policy.

No communication, No Feedback, Nothing.

Does Betterlife exist ?

Thanks for assisting betterlife, the first payment has been made , my personal opinion would be to cut out IUA handling your administration, these people doesn't know anything about customer service.
