The worst insurance company! Poor service and empty promises!!!

BetterSure Homeowners Insurance is the absolute worst insurance ever!!! I have been struggling with a leak in my geyser since 11 October. I have phoned them, I have emailed them, even sent an email to their complaints department, and STILL my issue is not resolved.

They are more concerned about getting the monthly premiums than they are about delivering a good service to their clients. I have been a pretty good customer; premiers are always paid on time, I barely claim etc. but the treatment I have received from them is absolutely poor! By far the WORST insurance company!
