The rudest THEIVES ever met!

I recently sold my home and have our assurance through Better Bond (Better Life). The bank told us that they would let all the relevant parties know the sale has taken place, however (and obviously) that did not include the assurance. We phoned them after realising they took money to cancel the assurance and now they are refusing to refund us the premium they have taken. They have essentially ****** money because the premium paid was for a non-existing loan (siting we should have let them know sooner - THERE WAS NOTHING TO COVER YOU *******). They had the rudest call staff refusing to help us. I would stay far away from this business. They seem to be extremely ***** and unprofessional - AVOID AT ALL COST!
