The most tacky service I have ever had specially for such a big company

My encounter with Thobeka who was supposed to have cancelled my Hoc, instead went and deactivated my Betterlife cover. I do not understand how one sits at retention's and still have that kind of attitude. She was rude with no telephone etiquette, Thobeka's boss needs to do something about her unprofessional service.
