Bathroom leaking pipe claim number: BSH***1. 3 months and this claim is not sorted. These people don't have suppliers that have all the IP to fix a said issue. They will send 3 different suppliers to fix one issue. This results in confusion which this they use as an excuse. I have been waiting for their Tharlton (team leader) to call me for the last 2 hours. He does not care...I am not sure if these people are a legal company. if u had an option for 1 scores on this portal I would pick -10
