The Betterlife nightmare

I was phoned by Roxanne from Betterlife offering me a life policy to replace my existing one I have with my bank to seed for my home loan. Telling me how easy it is and that i will save money every month. I took the policy and completed all the forms provided to me, she confirmed that i will not be charged by betterlife and my bank the following month, but I was. After contacting them they told me i completed the wrong cession form. So i completed the new form provided. When it was sent to my bank, they advise me that the policy needs extra components before being seeded. When I contacted betterlife they sent me a new quote. So now after 2 months of paying 2 policies I am no better off then I started. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE.

After all this I just want to cancel the betterlife policy, with this they are very helpfull. it is like thank you for the 2 months of payments GOODBYE.

This was so shocking and I will never in my life advise anyone to go with Betterlife
