It took about 3 months to resolve a simple matter but it all thanks to Johan who took over from his colleagues who failed to assist me and he resolved it in 3 weeks and i am happy it is because of him. I am proud to say my policy has been successfully cancelled because of the effort he made Johan you are my man.
