Terrible service until Kutlwano came to the rescue
Service was honestly terrible until eventually being helped by Kutlwano Mmutle who was very helpful in the end. 5 stars for Kutlwano. Zero stars for service before then. It took more than 2 months of constant follow ups before getting any joy with burst pipes in our garden. Kutlwano was friendly, empathetic and took initiative which I really appreciated after months of being extremely frustrated.
