Terrible Service provide!!! Do not use

Absolutely useless service provider! The rating is 0 :(

I put through a claim for a leaking roof at my house, and have been calling them trying to speed things up as it's a lot of rain currently, and whatever minor damages currently from the leaks could be a bigger issue, if not addressed quickly. Next I get told after their own assessor indicates he validates the claim, I then get told I have to wait 15 days for further validation - absolutely crazy! Meantime while I wait, it is raining still and the whole roof could be destroyed from the leaks.
