Telephonic advice on policy cancellation

Kamohelo was totally professional, giving me all the advice I needed clearly and logically for me to make an informed decision. However, I am fed up with corporates asking me after EVERY single engagement to rate their services as though my time doesn't matter. A little less of this would make me more willing to review particularly good service. I also resent being told three times on a telephone call that the call is being recorded and any other marketing blurb that I have to listen to at a call that costs me. Surely, one such info blurb is enough.
