Taking up any insurance is never an easy process,but today I had a totally different experience dealing with Bettersure. The Consultant was amazing,he was very friendly,calm and patient,normally Consultants will talk as if they are on a 100m race and need to finish number one for a reward,not this one,rushing to close a deal not caring whether or not the Client understands. He made me want to listen to him and understood what he was saying for me to make an informed decision. Thank you so much Clive,keep up the good work,we need more of you in the customer service sector.
