TAKING MONTHLY PAYMENTS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION
I have cancelled the policy in March 2015. Have phoned them on many occasions. I have requested the terms and conditions and have received nothing in writing, or recorded proof as requested or any refunds as promised.They keep on taking my monthly premiums without my permission. Where can I report this ********** activity as I am beyond frustrated with the pathetic service, shocking after sales service and refusing to accept my cancellation and taking away my right to cancel the telesales contract.
