Struggling to cancel insurance policies with Betterlife

I took out a life insurance and property insurance with Betterlife insurance in order to secure a home loan, the policies are supposed to take effect once the bond is registered and the house is complete in September 2018. After signing the bond registration documents I decided to cede my life insurance which I had with another company and also took the bank's property insurance. So now I want to cancel the policies I took with Betterlife. It's been two weeks now trying to call them to cancel these policies, but the numbers given to me by IUA Business Solutions don't go through. Please cancel my policies.
